This is so satisfying to see. Love the tips, they really can help if you start to practice du's. I can do approximately 80 consecutive now. My goal is 100+ this summer. Best rope set is the Speed set for this

I’ll also add for tip #1 to clap your hands to your sides twice when doing the jumps to really get used to the rhythm. In CrossFit they call it the “Penguin Drill”, and it helped me a lot with getting the timing down for double Unders on top of the other tips!

Can i do double unders with normal pvc rope? Or is it requires heavy rope, speed rope?

Hi, I've recently started jumping rope and obviously I'm tripping a lot. My rope has a metal spring on it for protection. I feel that the weight of the spring makes the shape of the rope V instead of U while skipping and that is why I'm tripping. Have you experienced something like this?

Idk if it's just me but I think I'm landing too hard? After a workout I'll develop some posterior shin splints and I'm not over weight. I'm 5'9 180lbs. Any thoughts?

QUESTION- my 1/4lb rope cracks (perpendicular to the length - down to the metal core) after ~ 1 month of double unders. Have 6 ropes that got cracked. Anyone has the same issue?

Honest question….. I’ve heard multiple times that you want to have a rope thats a on the shorter side. I see he is a tall guy…. But i wonder why he chooses to just use it like that….
