I was hoping to get an answer or hear something helpful but this was like a slap in the face

I'm not sure what helped me fix mine. I did so many things. I had all of the symptoms for about 7-8 months. I think changing to a whole food, mostly vegetarian diet helped the most. I used mullein tea, and many other herbal teas. I made my own sauerkraut and ate a lot of that. I took elderberry and echineacia, shilajit, raw garlic, fire cider, sea moss and any natural antiviral I could find. I basically put as much really good stuff in me as was reasonable. It seemed to help.

Please if you are reading this.... YouTube or Google 'how to release trigger points in your sternocleidomastoid muscle' (muscle in your neck). I did this and seen studies that show a link! All my year long issues gone!

The laboured breathing affects your scalene and SCM muscles which compress your vague nerve.

For those posting here about your struggles with long covid we are going to assume that you were fully vax'd and boosted, unless you indicate otherwise.

serotonin tablets have lot of side effects. dealing with them and live normal life is another challenge
