thank-you for presenting Long Covid symptoms so clearly…. even after two years, people are still (painfully) unaware and/or dismissive of this affliction…. I’m sure I speak for many when I say that we are deeply grateful for everything you’re doing… 🙏

I've been navigating all these symptoms, and more, for over 3 years. My most recent LongCovid update is GI. This just keeps getting better & better...😢

This just popped up on my feed. It explains everything in layman terms so well. I contracted Covid end of November 2021, after one week I was hospitalized, then admitted to the hospital's ICU and discharged 18th December 2021. Luckily I survived but my Long Covid symptoms are breaking me physically and mentally. One day I hope this nightmare will disappear from my life.

Thanks for this video. So many people with longcovid come accross disbelief. This video will help them (me) explain what they are experiencing.

I had the disease in September 22. Still have all these symptoms, including anxiety and depression. Hope others don’t have the hell I went through. I am getting somewhat better with minerals and vitamins that have some benefit for me.

I have long Covid for about a month and all these symptoms are spot on but you forgot anxiety and depression. I’ve never had anxiety or depression prior to getting Covid and when my symptoms flare up I get a feeling of doom, anxiety, and depression.

I keep coming down with covid every year since the end of 2019. I'm just now starting to get over the 4th round of it and this was by far the worst round yet. It's been 4 1/2 weeks. I'm so done with covid.

Started getting allergies, headaches, dizziness, dehydrated feeling at times, tinnitus which is soooo annoying. Got very sick January 2, bad flu bug, was sooo sick, throwing up, couldn't eat much and to top it all off, caught a horrible cold, coughing lots, depressed, runny nose for months.

This video is extremely helpful and I hope can be used more widely. I have had long covid (after being very fit and well) for six months and have shared this video with family and colleagues to raise awareness. Thank you

Similar symptoms to depression. Being bullied into taking poison and feeling stupid can do that.

I have long covid for the second time (had it back in 2020 as well.) The good news is it went away after a while back then. I also found it got worse after I ate simple carbs - maybe because these foods cause inflammation. Also, anxiety a major symptom not addressed in the video. NSAIDs help with symptoms, but don’t overdo it.

I caught covid 18 months ago. For the past 12, I have felt terrible. Never felt worse. I don't have the energy to do normal tasks at home as much as I did. Everything seems too hard. And yet I am still able to do my job (I work at a railway station). People just don't understand how debilitating this illness is. Pray you don't catch it!

I have the post exertion symptoms worsening, it manifests with 4-5 hours delay after a short walk of 20min, also after a stressful hour of office work, this improves after 12 hours. Also during night time sensation that your throat is swollen or "closed up". Being dealing with this 8 weeks, it's getting better but healing has been slow.
