Long COVID-19 symptoms: What are they and how long?

I’m 19 and my nose has been messed up since October 2021. I have constant mucus in the back of my throat that I can’t cough out, liquidy clear mucus that runs down my nose randomly. My nose doesn’t produce boogers anymore. I don’t believe it is allergies as this occurs 24/7, regardless of where I am. Also I have no prior history of any allergies at all. the substance of my fecal waste has changed, it is now more fragmented almost to the state of diarrhea. I was completely healthy before I just want my old life back. I hope it wasn’t from the vaccine, looking back there was no need for me to get it but my parents pressured me and I didn’t trust my gut. What a mistake. Lesson learned, but now I’m messed up. My psychological state has deteriorated I have high anxiety and regret about this because this looks to be a possible lifelong issue because I’ve already had it for a year

Breathlessness is because our lungs stop involuntary function off and on. So practise to breath voluntarily so that the lungs will restart full time involuntary function. When you become Breathless, your brain doesn't receive required level of oxygen which may damage brain cells causing brain fog or/and memory loss. This I learnt after I was told during CT scan that I was not breathing and while taking anesthesia during laproscopic gallbladder removal surgery. Both the occasions I was reminded to breath. Now, I, breath voluntarily frequently ie when I get symptoms of brain fog or breathlessness.

He forgot to mention your lungs getting destroyed and taking forever to heal, heart beating out of your chest and breathlessness

Maybe the term "long covid" is just a nicer way of saying "vaccine poisoning".
