Sure, you could go down a list of items and say this one is better here, this one is better there, this one is more intricate, this one is more complex, but you can't really say which one is better designed as a whole because they're doing different jobs.

I actually do think that cars would be, in some cases, better with legs. They'd move slower but much more reliably. There would be pretty much no way for a car to get stuck and they could even climb.

Problem is legs are a lot harder to build, program, and control than wheels.
