No one takes practical seriously theory hrs are given more than practical hrs and theory exam's percentage is more used in making final marksheet than practical exam's percentage

I am also an engineering student, but I feel the real reason we don't have quality engineers is there are no good faculties in tier 3 colleges. Government should apply some eligibility criteria for professors also after a regular interval of time.

No its not a actual scenario, you have to consider which branch, which college, what is in demand, what type of industries is booming. You cannot say that mechanical engineer are having same problem like computer science Engineer and vice versa.

Depends on from where you have completed your engineering. Only 1-5 percent of jee aspirants go to nits or iits, and rest have to pursue their career from private universities, so no need to worry just focus on your skills you'll definitely get a job ..

demand is less than supply, so does most engineers left unemployed.

The fundamentals of subjects like physics, chemistry, and maths are very weak among the students who go to engineering colleges, so it's obvious that there is this problem in India. Also, we have worse communication skills.

It's not the fault of engineers Colleges are responsible after sometime many of engineers with the same atitude developed good skills after struggling on low salary for sometime some engineers perform better even in finance Marketing banking businesses taking over almost every other stream because they devlop problem solving approach better than others
