My elder brother’s friend did engineering from a tier 2 college… but his skills were good enough as he was quite interested in coding. His main focus was cyber security then after graduation he left the placement and did some more online courses in cyber security and sharpened his skills even more better. Today he has tie ups with a department where he provides cyber security to their whole system.
₹3 Crore per year in India and he’s just 27.
Last year he purchased a car worth ₹1 Crore.

I am from a tier-3 college, and I got placed in JusPay after my BTech as a software engineer. My package is 18 LPA. And then there are many students from my college who got placed in TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, they got 4lpa. So it really depends what skills you have. College does not matters much.

There is nothing like Tier 1, 2, 3. I myself from tier 3 graduated from Private college in 2020. Got interview call from Samsung, Amazon, Paytm, Juspay, Adidas (approached by HR itself from Paytm and Amazon) and almost from all services based companies (like TCS, INFO etc).
It's all about how efficiently you invested you 4 yrs rather than just smoking weeds and alcohol and laterally crying that I'm from this college lvda lhsn.
Tcs, info 10..15 hazar ki job de deti wo bhi bhut hi....Varna jisko apne cources ka "C" Tak nhi aata...usse to pocha bhi na lgawaya jaay.
