🔸The egg yolks are 100% safe to eat, here's why:

The salt content in the hot sauce is high enough that it cures the egg yolk. Similar to how salt cures raw meat like Salami and prosciutto.

I've tested this with Frank Red Hot and Soy Sauce. Both work amazingly. But if you're experimenting with a different sauce, make sure the salt content is at least as high as Franks Red Hot.

Once the yolk is out of the hot sauce, it will need to be stored in a sealed container in the fridge. It will last about a week.
