Average day in the life for these athletes during our 2017 Arm Strength Program prior to the 2017 Spring Season. Daily Focus is a sound warm-up, mobility program, med ball plyometric throws for power development (periodized), prehab, band routine, weighted ball prehab for shoulder and throwing holds exercises (Special Thanks to Jay Lehr for passing on his knowledge to me on these weighted ball exercises), long toss in the cage, flat ground work, pitching drills, and recovery methods at the end of the session with mini med (plyocare) balls, bands, manual resistance, and static stretching.
