The pdf on drills and weighted balls is the best, most comprehensive info ever. Thank you!

Fire vid🔥 Do you guys ever experience athletes who toss heavier balls better than their 5 oz. Every mound weighted ball velo day I’m tossing my 6oz harder than my 5oz. Last velo day I was 85-88 with 6oz and then 83-84 5oz with an 87-88 4oz. Just wondering if other athletes have had more success with heavier balls?

Insanely good vid: what I took from the first couple minutes about each pitch & the respective velo rises aren’t 1:1 is that you don’t need big arms to throw hard

Hey coach I throw allot harder on the flat ground then mound idk if I’m slowing down on the mound unconsciously or if it’s a mechanics thing but I feel like I do the same on the mound and flat ground and have a decent drift

Idk if you’ve already addressed this but how did you get into this space all these videos are so great I think I’ve watched every pitching channel on YouTube I’d love to do this sort of thing after I hopefully play in college and maybe pro all
