Razor curls are better for building end range hamstring strength. Similar to a Nordic curl but with flexed hips, meaning greater stretch. You can extend the hips at the top for a better squeeze.

if you have a problem feeling your hamstrings try do a glute bridge. do 5 reps if you don't fee lyour glutes grab a band and put it around your legs like pants above the knee. get into a glute bridge again and externally rotate meaning push the band outwards with your knee hold it for 5 seconds and try to drive up with your glutes do this for 5 sets of 20 reps when complete do clamshell openings to engage those glutes, do the same sets and reps once finnished go into an rdl with a band around the shins do an rdl for 20 reps to transfer that same glute activation into the rdl, once finnished do a normal rdl and you should be fixed.

the tip at the start is essentialy a romanian SDL wich is super underrated, it makes the lever longer, thus you can get more gains with a lower weight.

No, there’s not because regular deadlifts make your RL go up more than RL maker article. The Rdlis a sub maximal lift.

Could you please do a video covering exercises you would recommend to build lower back strength so my lower back muscles don't hurt.

That's not the middle of the foot, you're not gonna be able to pull anything heavy from there without bringing the bar back

Aten't you doing them too far though? I've heard pulling further than just standing up straight risks giving you lower bsck issues.
