I love everything about this recipe except, gimme more egg! I use at least 10 eggs for a 12” skillet when I make my Hakuna Frittata.

I love zucchini frittata and make it often. My recipe calls for shredded zucchini, but I love your sliced coins better. Your final result has a texture and looks stunning. I am switching to your method now. Thank you so much! Also, I love that egg brand, did not find better yolks in any other brand in my local markets.

Could l suggest that Nellie's ditches the plastic? Wow just heard you say they're B Corp certified - seriously? Single use plastic? Very disappointing.

I think Elena is a great host and actually prefer her over some of the others that commonly cook on the Food52 channel. Plus, love the recipe and the new series!

Didn’t really like this host. She seems like she just lit up before cooking and really doesn’t seem to take any of it seriously. Just doesn’t inspire trust in her recipe.

I’d try the recipe but this host has a monotone delivery and is a bit off putting.
