What does a white tongue in the morning mean? - Dr. Srivats Bharadwaj

When you get up in morning, you noticed that your tongue is having a coating of White colour if it is stick socking and sometimes smelling these are the signs of deposits on your tongue so the best thing that I would advise is please make sure that you clean your tongue as soon as you get up in the morning, massage your gums if the white coating still remains and change its pattern or gets thicker and does not go by regular tongue cleaning methods then I would advise please take professional help visit a dentist and take an opinion if it is not just plot on your teeth and something else that would be fungal infections like Candidiasis that can be on your tongue. So make sure that you get it professionally checked and get some help.
