👅 Have you ever noticed a thin white layer on your tongue?

🤔 Typically, this is pretty harmless. As we know from previous videos, our tongue is like a towel and it’s got little projections where bacteria and food debris can get stuck which can lead to white tongue.

🦠 Sometimes this can be caused by illness or other medical conditions but most of the time it’s related to your oral hygiene 🪥
