Beans are so flexible and can be added to a lot of meals.
Eating up to five servings of beans weekly can drastically help you lower cholesterol and high blood pressure. Because they digest slowly, they help lower blood sugar and are a part of anti-cancer diets too.
If you'd like to try something challenging, take your body on a bean diet, replace meals containing meat with meals containing beans. Have a serving of beans once a day and record your observations for 30 days.

Yea! Bean I like! I actually eat a lot of beans. Sometimes i even buy the four to make Moi moi and Akara. However, the only time i like to eat beans in any form is at night reason being that i take a lot of water when i eat beans during the day and that makes me uncomfortable. When i eat bean at night, it doesnt happen probable cos i'm asleep. Other than that, beans all the way. Thanks Ayo for the video
