In todays video we look at some of the toughest questions on the DVSA Publications (The Highway Code, Know Your Traffic Signs & Driving: The Essential Skills).

These questions often catch out PDI's as they do not come across the questions on the apps and websites, instead the answers are in the DVSA books, as such it is essential you own a copy of the following books and you know them like the back of your hand:

You are absolutely right, that rely on the apps alone.
Because I went to Part one test and I failed because the question was coming up I never heard of them before.

The first time I took the test, I scored 89 overall but failed the hazard prescription section. On my second attempt, I scored a 96 but failed the hazard prescription section once again. Finally, on my third try, I got a score of 90 and passed the hazard prescription section. I received scores of 23 and 24 on all other categories and 19 on publications, which was unfortunately a failing score. Although it seems like a challenging task, I am determined to pass all sections of the test one day.
