I give a few tips on how you should study the bible to understand it better. The Bible is one of the oldest books in the world, but also one of the deepest. There is nothing wrong with the bible because it is inerrant AND God-breathed, but people can always interpret it the wrong way.

I just had an interesting thing happen. I am new to trying to read the Bible. I have the King James Version. When Daniel said to start with the New Testament, rather than the Old Testament, I went to my Bible to put my bookmark at where the New Testament starts. I opened my Bible without knowing exactly where the New Testament started, and I happened to open it right where the New Testament begins! I was definitely surprised. I feel like God guided me to where I needed to be. Praise God!

The best tip is to ask the Holy Spirit to interpret the word of God for you, I find a lot of times people fall into error from reading commentaries... Be blessed my brother.

Thank you. I remember before I gave my life to Jesus, the Bible used to be a very boring & uninteresting book. Now I love it so much, I don’t feel good whenever I missed a day reading it. Im gonna try to do it like

No Bible, No Breakfast

I then listen to In Touch Ministries with Dr Charles Stanley - his sermons and Daily Devotional. When I open my Bible I let my heart and God's word guide me where I should go. It's up to me where I'm comfortable at in starting a chapter in my Bible. I had read the Bible from Genesis to Revelation
