bro as soon as you said when you fast, satan is gonna try to get people around you to give you food and basically do other things to make you wanna eat. It hit so hard bro. Because i’m currently day 1 on a water fast and im getting a anxiety that i’m gonna pass out and every now and then i feel slightly light headed and then i get anxiety from that. but after watching this video i understand that it is just satan trying to get me to eat. Fasting is how I came to god and the single most important thing I've done to grow closer to him the longest I've done is 2weeks on water only and 4days dry fast no water or showers the health benefits and clarity of mind and spirit is off the charts I recommend it to every living creature you will even notice that animals if sick will naturally fast

Bro this is deep when you said the devil gone try to tempt you with your favorite meal! My first time attempting to do a fast my auntie made one of my favorite dishes and she hadn’t made it in I don’t know how long. But the day I started my fast is when she made it!
