Welcome to the Power Hour!! Whoop whoop! This 1 hour No Repeats Workout combines strength and cardio exercises to give you an intense full body workout using just a few dumbbells, body-weight, and a booty band. We are targeting all the major muscle groups with this total body workout and will be building strength and endurance. Remember to fuel your workouts with proper nutrition, take breaks and modify whenever you need. Let's do this!

Make sure to stay hydrated and take breaks when You need.

Michelle, I am so impressed with all of your consistent and multiple continuous uploads of so many varieties of videos. They seem to come a few times a day!! Thank you. Fran has already replaced her Kangoo Boots with the Jumpsport and I am in the midst of the same. My body needs to get used to how safe it is and the higher intensity, but we are both looking forward to it. Again, thank you!! :)

Amazing. I thought I’d be just waiting for this to end and constantly checking the clock because it was 60 minutes…. But no! Went so fast. I enjoyed it. Challenging and a great workout but not so hard that I hated it. Just perfect. You are masterful

So glad I found this instructor I’ve done lots of online workouts but these are by far the best and cover everything I want in a workout so much that I’ve cancelled my 20 year gym membership where I have been a fitness instructor just to focus on doing these! That tells you how amazing theses
workouts are and so much choice I’m obsessed😜X
