Hubble vs Webb Telescope

Webb's mirror is nearly three times bigger than Hubble's, and Webb is able to capture the universe in the infrared spectrum, while Hubble largely captures images at visible light.

Hubble ultra deep field suggested the universe is 13.8 Billion years old, but I predict looking longer gathering more light will show further older galaxies, thus an older universe. Why not use the new James Web space telescope for this?
