Got what i came for.. Worked on the previous extender version too with the phone method. For those who dont know the login info or didnt set one its username:admin pass:admin as default.

I just covered two pieces of cardboard about 14’x8” with Aluminum foil, and I keep them wherever I am in the house . Works great, wave it around your iPad or iPhone and watch the WiFi signal shoot to the top bar. It brings the signal through the walls. Found this cheap trick on the Internet.

does it function as a mesh? or is there a different way to set up for mesh? do you have to manually connect to the EXT. wifi or does it automatically connect to the EXT wifi like a mesh is suppose to do? The one i got says its a mesh...going to set it up now...

I bought two mesh wifi extenders (RE200), will both devices show the same network names? One for 2.4G Hz and the other for 5G Hz?
Can I use the WPS button to configure both extenders at the same time with host router?
