When I was in St Pete I enjoyed Teremok very much. It's very tasty and pretty healthy too. A decent amount of food and drinks too choose from. Both savoury and sweet blinis works for me just fine. Miss Russia!

I was hoping you'd get the mushroom filling (& the recipe for it).
By coincidence, I made blini for dinner tonight: sour cream, cheese, bacon, and honey.
Once we were walking across a bridge which fell in a creek. When we walked to the shore we found out it was the wrong place to come out from since there was a nest of Copperheads there.

Teremok was in NY. Teremok (in the original terem translates as "the living space of a house - usually on the second floor", but in modern Russian it means izba - a log cabin wooden house. - ok in the end means "little, cute") is chain - it mainly works in Moscow (their prices are a bit high for Russians outside Moscow and St. Petersburg.), but at one time Teremok also worked in New York! And yes, there is a lot of non-Western fast food in Russia - pancakes, pies, belyashi, chebureks, shaverma, pyan-se, bozos, manty, khinkali, elesh.... And we like canteens. Mostly these are not large chains, but individual cafes/points. And yes, it's much healthier than, than McDonald's) Try grechka, guys!)
