Great vid! I had heard before that taking an ice bath after training would imper protein synthesis and you've confirmed it. Do you think that cold showers directly after lifting have the same blunting effect?

Let's say I work out Monday Tuesday Thursday friday would an icebath/ cold therapy be a good idea on Sunday? Because the recovery window has already ended?
