I never realised that this was Emma Frost!! I am late to X-Men Fandom and I watched this movie way back and I became fan of X-Men characters this year only, and I always thought they didn't cast anyone for Emma Frost !

The worst part here is Emma can lift 2 tons. She can break or crack the bones of Charles and Erik here. I think the scene should be Erik used those metals to catch her and chained her and pin her down.

Probably gonna regret nerding out for a second, but hear me out--
Although diamond is arguably the strongest substance we know of, I think the fact that we know this is a cheap @$$ bed is a testament to Magneto's sheer strength. Maybe there was a better way to illustrate it than this, but it's what we ended up getting. Also, if the diamond is her skin, or acting like a second skin, it would stand to reason that it is similar to ours-- being just 1 to 4 mm thick. That is barely the equivalent of a 0.25 ct diamond. So, unless her whole body was diamond, much like how Colossus' whole body becomes metal, then we are looking at diamond that, despite all it's strength, is fairly weak because like the White Queen's beauty, it is only skin deep.
