Screens help me most looking ahead makes me more sick reading keeps my mind off the sickness and Listening to music for long periods give me head achs. I have a really bad case and its recently gotten really bad this year, I also started getting motion sickless this year and I'm going to turn 14

Yesterday morning at around 8 My Aunt Linda In Ohio and my cousin Jake In Ohio took my Ohio cousin Debbie’s car to go visit my Aunt Mary in Silver Spring MD. Jake told me in his text that he had to let Debbie and Linda sit in the front seat so that way they don’t get car sick.
