In this video you'll learn proven, effective tips to get your baby to love solid foods, and take the stress out of meal times. If you're struggling to get your baby to eat, or they're not enjoying meal times and solid foods, this video will help.

If you want your baby to love food, there are certain things you need to do before even trying to put it in their mouth. Skipping these essential steps makes introducing new foods extremely difficult. But when you do them, the process becomes much less stressful for everyone involved. And on top of that, your baby is much less likely to be a picky eater.

The tips you'll learn in this video might also be just what you need to get your baby to eat food that they currently refuse to.

These are proven, evidence based approaches that work. By understanding your baby's needs and approaching the process of introducing food in a way that's comfortable for them you'll make the process so much easier (and more effective!).

Oh, and these work for any approach to introducing solids - whether you use traditional methods, baby led weaning (BLW), or anything else. These are foundational steps that help all babies love food.

Tip #1 is such good advice. Often times we forget that our babies are human beings with their own feelings and opinions, and we just make them do what we want them to do! 👶

Thank you Mrs Hubbard! My baby is now 10 months and he wants to eat everything I’m eating 😹 I watch this video when he was about 3 or 4 months old.

Thank you for this insightful content, as you always have. I will definitely try them out. My 7 month old son eats barely a full spoon. He makes a mess on his face, on the floor and on the table. He often tends to bite the other tip of the spoon than other other end which contents food. Everyone on the table always tries to fix something on him to make him eat or clean. It stresses me out. #newmominfrustration

Thank God, my baby eats anything and everything we give to her, so far. 😃 I would like to know the right portions though. She’s 7 months now. I usually feed her once a day with some kind of vegetable pure (about one ounce) and once a day with cereal (one tablespoon with milk until the texture is like a pure). Is it too little? She also drinks about 7 ounces of milk, with 2 teaspoons of cereal in it, per feeding and gets 3-4 feedings per day.

Wow that was very insightful. I've been very blessed and am very grateful to have a ten month old who loves to eat and will eat anything. I've also noticed it helps when I introduce a new food to my son if he sees me eat a few spoonfuls

Hi Emma! I'm an early intervention specialist in California, working with kiddos at age 3. My entire population benefits from OT interventions. We see not only splinter skills, but splinter delays across the board. Your insight has been incredibly helpful to pinpoint delays and help preschoolers catch up on missed infant/toddler milestones. Thank you! Any tips on helping food aversion stemming from autism? I'm desperate to get help to my families NOW while all the little brains are plastic!
