It's one of the best platformers in years and they mention they love Wario Land and Celeste and like, this is it!!! This is the thing you like and want more

im okay with tutorials like pizza tower's since they dont full on interrupt my control over the game, and let me experiment with the full breadth of the controls without stopping me or forcing me to restart because i didn't follow the exact instruction they were giving me. plus the fact that you can't skip the tutorial, _but technically can_ is genius, i love the reward for speedrunning the tutorial

The thing about this game is that they DONT tell you about everything. There's a taunt/parry, screen clear, dash out of super jump, and they don't tell you shit about them until either the end of the game, you can do it, or they just straight up never tell you

My lack of disappointment in him not playing Pizza Tower is actually immeasurable. I don't want to be hyperbolic here, but I honestly would say my day is as far away from being ruined as possible.

I love how Alphrad skipped the part in the tutorial that tells you about hidden blocks and then missed the most obvious hidden blocks when he kept playing the game
