Resistance band push ups is something that can make everybody cries.I literally reach absolute failure and get smashed on the floor.

I just found your channel yesterday and it's been informative. I've been using kettlebells and some dumbbells to an extent among some other non conventional workout equipment. I've dabbled a little with Resistance bands but your videos have me very interested in adding Resistance bands to my workout. They're an excellent option for working out on vacation, while camping, etc. Keep the videos coming.

What’s cool about these is they are the perfect travel bands! How many of us have walked into that hotel workout room and wondered how such old and junky equipment is still in use?

On the push-ups, I will share with folks that good form trumps the number of reps. As a suggestion Dave, when time allows, a short video on the proper way to do a push-up would be great!

Not gonna lie i was gassed after the pushup finisher. I like to alternate between tube and Loop bands. Usually i do them with the door attachment aswell but those chest flies where super intense. Oh and don't let me get started with the trap workout afterwards. Great workouts!

Hi I have no time to do this 5 days a week therefore is twice a week fine I only want to do one chest exercise with my other ones such as Biceps Triceps lats shoulders and chest. Just do on techniques 3×15 reps. There is so much choice.
