Its incredible that he composed one of the worlds most famous symphonies, while being completely deaf. He really was the goat 🐐😂

I absolutely love your take on Bethoveen, painting him as a petty and anger-prone asshole who just so happened to be a gifted composer. It's seriously hilarious 🤣

The fact that one of Beethoven's teachers as a kid was Antonio Salieri, who was heavily rumored to have murdered Mozart, but Salieri also taught one of Mozart's sons and even was called help with a few compositions is really wild.

I love Mozart, but beethoven really is the goat. I recently saw this performed live and a felt like I was on a boat watching with the waves crashing around me. I've heard it before, but the visual of seeing perfectly planned sections playing it just added to it so much more than I ever got from other composers

The fact that he was stone deaf BEFORE he started working on the 9th and still created one of the most glorious work of music is simply mind-boggling.

When Beethoven was like 18 he had a lesson with Haydn
And Hayden was basically like

It's even funnier knowing Ode to Joy was written as a giant middle finger to Napoleon. 😂😂😂

“Critics say that this movement sucks can all go suck a D(chord)” 😂😂😂😂 I love that so much

So some musicians can actually hear what a piece sounds like in their heads as they read sheet music without having heard the piece before. Beethoven probably had this ability too which would make it actually possible for him to write something beautiful because he knows what it sounds like without having to hear it. I think that’s pretty cool…

Beethoven is the greatest in the history in music. He his character was rough, and he wasnt the the kindest person.... But his music is art, and he knew it

Even if the critics get vocal about it, he’s deaf anyway so he can’t here them 🫡

Carl Czerny, Beethoven's student overheard him talking about Mozart's work
"fine but choppy, and without much legato."
Yet when Beethoven was 14 and performed for Mozart, he remarked:
"Mark that young man, he will make a name for himself in the world."
