I started lifting heavy 4 weeks ago, eating a high protein diet (0.7-1g protein per lbs), taking creatine daily and Ashwaganda and I feel like my testosterone levels have skyrocketed. Lifting at the gym feels so good now, and my libido is insane, I'm also hopelessly single 🙃

Lifting also teaches your body how to mitigate cortisol. And try ashwaganda, it suppresses cortisol, which indirectly promotes testosterone

Ashwagandha raises it by 20% aprox but that's too little of a change

Tongkat Ali raises it by 60% aprox but is apparently toxic in long-term use

Health and fitness raise it

Better sleep raises it

Abstaining from drugs raises it significantly

Being successful in career and dating raises it, but it's unsure if it's large enough of a change for physiological effects

Sense of accomplishment raises it but it's benefits for musculature aren't that well established

My question is, doctor, whether all of these combined can turn me into Eddie Hall?

I noticed it when I dropped below 700 and I’m 45 years old the energy level that is. But doctors won’t do anything until about it until it’s below 300 so the normal Leavenworth between nine and 250.

For the past two months I have very noticeable reduction in sex drive in general. What changed in my life? Actually I started doing everything the host of the channel suggested to do: Regularly and very successfully workout in gym and also walk quite a lot. I gained around 14 pounds and mostly of muscle mass. I eat mostly protein and fat rich food like different types of meats and dairy products with some veggies. Very little sugar. I take multi vitamins + additionally D3 and glucosamine. I have pretty good sleep but not always 8 hours (no changes from my life before I started working out). I drink plenty of fluid.

My question is: why???

Thanks for the great video doctor. My Endo won't do any testing at all until I drop my BMI by one point. My testosterone has been very low for years

My free testosterone level was 483 2 years ago (I'm 81 now) and I felt great. Recently I felt real weak and had most of the symptoms of low T so I got tested and my T level had dropped to 341. My urologist was going to implant the pellets but when I got to his office he had changed his mind. He said even if he increased my T level to 483 again I probably didn't have the receptors to process it. I still don't know he was talking about. .
