I've never urinated in the shower. However, for those who do, I hope they thoroughly clean themselves and the shower.

Some people urinate in the pool, ocean AND in the shower. Geesh.🙄

To pee in the shower is normal, but be very mindful of the points Doc Jen did make about getting urine on your legs or your feet, and I’m hopeful everyone wash every exterior body part they have.

I try very hard not to shower outside of my home unless I’m renting a hotel room, and it’s rare to non existing to shower at a relatives home or a friend’s home.
BTW, you should clean your shower at least once a week including drains which harbor’s dangerous bacteria’s/pathogens such as listeria.

Sometimes when showering, the urge to urinate comes on suddenly, probably even more when washing genital areas with warm water 💧.
Urine will go down the drain and soap 🧼 should kill the germs.

I do this all the time, directly over and right down the drain, and never gave it a second thought! Whether it's from the shower drain or commode, it all goes to the same place. Sometimes the sound of running water does bring on the urge. Not worried about it running down my legs and getting into a cut since if I were lost in the desert and desperate enough, I would probably drink it, or try to distill it.

I don't see this as an issue. When in the tub or in the shower you are washing yourself and for me it is better than using toilet paper.

Well, i can honestly say, i have urinated in the shower, since i was a child . I have developed this habit since i was a child, of urinating in the toilet before i get in the shower, its automatic. Thank you Dr.Jen! God bless. 😊🙏💝

Yeah, I pee in the shower. Sometimes I even poop in the shower and mash it down the drain with my foot.

to be fair, with the sound of water thing if you peed in the shower (obviously with running water on) it would be the same thing as if you turned it on (to warm it up etc) and used the toilet before you got in
