Here is my number one Gmail tip. By using "filter messages like these" you can completely declutter your inbox and automatically sort email. You can set it so that any email from a specific sender is automatically deleted or archived.

I created a filter (or did something) to remove messages from my inbox after 12 months, unfortunately, it is also deleting any emails moved to all folders too, and I can't find where to turn it off, any ideas, please.

I use Gmail for my IP camera Motion detection alarm function. So when it detects any motion, it sends an email.
So I set up in that IP camera an Gmail address with password, so it sends an email to the same email address when it detects any motion.
So 15GB fill up very easily. Can you tell me how can I create a filter, so all the email in the SENT box will be deleted automatically?
Also do you know, is there any way to automatically delete email which is a month old?
