minus and brackets was new to me. And tip 3 is also handy. I sent myself quick reminders sometimes. Mostly when I'm remembering something important or I have a good idea while I'm in the train or bus. It's easy to have those all together. I also use the snooze for email a lot since I saw your video about that. So I'll be reminded at the right time! Awesome tips Scot.

Thank you so much for your help! I have to admit : had to force myself to watch because, as many of us probably, we think we know everything...so glad I was soo very wrong. I would never have thought about those micro font search items in the emails. You have enabled me to achieve actual inbox zero.
