99: a perfect introduction to the psychedelic nature of mob psycho. depicts a chaotic adolescence and could even be a celebration of that adolescence. perfectly fits the less structured but enjoyably chaotic nature of the first season.

99.9: pushes the psychedelic, drug-induced vibe even further while echoing one of the main messages of the anime “your life is your own”. the opening itself is more explosive, paralleling mob’s new openness to his own emotions, and could be seen as a celebration of animation.

1: the most climactic, cathartic, and maybe even emotional of all the openings. the strings in the song give it a real sense of finality. in this season, mob will realize his own individuality and learn to accept himself. a celebration of mob’s growth and his story

Fantastic animation, great characters, interesting story, Mob Psycho 100 is an incredible anime that has easily become one of my top 5, can't wait for this to finally come out!
