Sounds like a decent living but the thing is with UPS drivers is that you gotta start off in the warehouse working 24-30 hours at $16-$18 an hour. That’s when your “seniority” kicks in after working a decade with the company and you can become a company driver. So yes, it’s a lot of hard work and hustle.

Yep i remember i wanted to work for ups and i wss told you have to wait for your chance to be a driver. They hired me temporary for holidays and i said fk this im out. Just wasn't worth it for me at the time

People used to do apprenticeship for no pay just to get experience but I get it, time is money

I started ups seasonal as a driver and was a ft driver in 6 months it’s can be done faster and never worked the warehouse
