Hiring 24/7? I applied, got hired, and showed up for my first day and they told me they didn’t need anyone. They took my phone number to call me whenever a position opened up and never got a call.

Ive been at UPS for 7 years and made a little over 100k last year. Thats after taxes. Its a hard job, doing it day in day out as well. But college wasnt for me and UPS is by far the most compensating company for the work given.. by the way, if you want to work a 6th day for OT, you could request warehouse work. That also sucks but its better than running a route, plus youre at $60 an hour for time and a half. Its a great job, hate it and love it but as long as you put the time in UPS will always give back. (like more stops hahahaha)

Hard work. Especially here in Phoenix, if your body is not used to it you will have heat stroke. I know several drivers who’s transferred and had heat stroke. Pay and benefits are the best! UPS 👊🏽

I was a feeder out of Portland, Oregon pulling triple 28’s to southern and eastern Oregon grossing $150k a year. Got lucky, went in one day during the winter when they were desperate for seasonal drivers and it turned into a full time union offer, skipping all the warehouse stuff.

PS...the hub has a turnover rate close to 100%.. The workload is heavy, trailers are as hot as an attick, cold as a freezer in the winter..they only give you like 3hrs a day but dont pay you first 15mins and dont pay you for 15min break...so 2-2half hrs daily. Youll have to have a second full time job to make it.

Yeah the health benefits are one of the best.
Most common medications are free.
$10/copay for weekly therapy.
$10/copay for vision/dental/doctor visits.
$100/copay for ER visits. No expense for ambulance rides if admitted.

Its hard work, I loaded trucks for FedEx, I lasted 3 months plus I had a full time job. I remember quitting when a supervisor told me I wasn't working fast

UPS Drivers in California make around $42+/hr, could bring home $2500 a week if they wanted too
