Hey there, you've signed up for a marathon or half marathon next autumn or spring and you're keen as to train and get ready... but summer and it's blistering heat and draining humidity stand between you and the event, so its really important that you train smart so as the weather cools again you can fly! Right now the heat is rising and it's more like going for a swim than a run. But, you can't stop you're training, you've important races to get ready for. This week I'm sharing 5 tips to help you get through training in the heat and humidity of summer.
