So when I put the title, it doesn’t change from “my sample goal” and neither does the following goal change either. I tried clearing cache but it doesn’t work

So I've noticed that when I create mine it doesn't update. It stays at whatever number I initially set it at. For instance, I had 32 followers when i started, overnight i got one more follower and the ticker did not update at all. It shows up in my mini feed, but the bar does not update.

I know I’m very late, but when I open Subscription Goal, and hit the ‘goal’ tab, nothing loads and it is just a spinning wheel... Any help?

Is their a way to change how much is already progressed on the bar as I’ve got a goal of followers I want to get to but I already have a couple of follows but because I started a new goal it’s at 0/50 when I want to change it to 9 out of 50 followers already gained

Where does the widget get the information form? i.e. how does it update? There are no options to actually connect it to your profiles. i.e. I was playing with the Facebook stars goal as we use stars in our FB feed however there is nowhere to enter my facebook page so it can actually get the info. Am I being thick or is this not how it is supposed to work and you have to manually update the progress bar every time someone sends you stars (which seems pointless and impossible and plain stupid)?

My goals are not updating when someone follows. I had a followers goal setup but when people followed it stayed the same. Do i have to be live for it to update?

Ok so I have done that and when I go live were do the buttons appear to press E.G for subscribe or follow for the people to click on Facebook?

Thank you so much! I streamed today and used a stream goal but I have one problem. I got to 29 sub and it stopped counting. Throughout my stream I got up to 32 but it wouldn’t count those. Any tips? Thanks 😊

I’m late but I can’t add an end goal it keeps saying it needs to be a MM/dd/yyyy format I put Feb/2/2021 and also 2/2/2021. Why is that?
