This stuff works, I promise. From simply allowing with absolutely zero resistance, I completely healed myself from severe panic disorder, a heart arythmia with pvcs and pacs. And my last ailment IBS C ( that one was hard) I'm completely free and have been for about 2 years. 6 months free from ibs. I mean wow. Why isn't this taught in schools. This planet would not be sick anymore!

I’m following a lot of gurus and raising my vibration letting go of what doesn’t serve me anymore and I’m finding your simple meditation so powerful 💪 I just focused on the feelings and tightness in my back and cried and released a lot of emotions. It felt like guilt and now I feel much better and will use this video again and again. Thank you thank you thank you 😊 much love 💫🌟♥️

Hi mate. Just to let you know that I watched your letting go video think for the second time but was a long time ago. Then I came to this video done the meditation as I have been having a tuff emotion as long as I remember.

After the meditation my neighbour came to my door and brought me some herbal tea to help me sleep. Was so sweet and I've been crying now ever since.

Question.

I've been letting go for about 8 or 9 months and in December started having daily crying spells almost constantly and I still think about the same people who harmed me years ago even though I've released a ton of emotion and have slowly been feeling better everyday. Ive been bedridden for 3 months processing everything. Do I just keep going? Or is there something I'd be missing. I was curious so I figured I'd ask. Love the meditations as always.

What if you don't have time in the moment to consciously focus on a feeling? Can you go about you day just allowing it to be there and periodically focus on it briefly? Will it run out this way?

Thank you for this. Really helpful! I sometimes find that my thoughts start to take over when I am doing this. Memories in particular come up - for example, if the feeling is loneliness, my memories will find childhood memories of happier times when I wasn’t lonely or times in the past when I was feeling sad and lonely, and making comparisons. Would you say that this is a distraction? And what to do in these moments?
