The person in this video is not qualified to present or discuss the intricasies of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). First of all he should have presented the flow process of the effluent from loading to the various stages of the process and finally the end product. Palagay ko si Mr. Operator ay nakakakuha lng ng mga kaunting idea sa mga authorized operators. He should have discussed the importance of the blower. As the other comment, there is no propeller or elisi at the bottom of the tank for blowers, what it have are air diffusers (fine bubbles). This aerators are very vital in the process we called Activated Sludge Extended Aeration process. Marami process involved dto sa pagoperate ng STP.
