I am GP who specialises in dermatology. Through healing from burnout, weight gain and low levels of energy, I became a triathlete and cured my acne raising my energy through the roof in the process.

This video aims to give a positive message to anyone who feels stuck or that they have no options to improve their health. I share 3 steps that worked for me on my journey to improved mental and physical health. However, if you are unwell you must seek medical help from your doctor.

I'm a therapist and I agree with this, however, I needed this reminder because sometimes I get caught up in the rat race of life and forget to take time to do it.
