my starting island was large and had all biomes in it, it's pretty great.

My buddy and I got our asses kicked the first time we went into the plains, it was the week the game came out so we had no info on the biomes, but man we got to see how good corpse run was lol

The seed I got seems to be amazing, Haldor and hilder are close to each other, silver sticks out on one mountain, the bosses are close to the second base I made, Moder on one mountain, yggluth on the island across a river.
But I have resources set to 1.5x because I don’t have the time to grind, and it’s still a grind

Just got to plains, grinded 3 hours to get 5 linnen in a goblin vilage, died 7 times in the process, just to start my farm and get a lox destroying everything that I grinded for, i jutst cant...

DON'T LISTEN TO THIS GUY!
There is only one thing you need to know to survive the plains.
If you find yourself in the plains, or your map says your in the plains, *TURN 180° AND GET THE FUCK OUT OF THERE*

I think fuling farms should be fenced off the same way we fence off our own farms. It's way too easy to just run into a village and yoink the stuff right now, and it would make a lot of sense for fulings to protect their crops from thieves considering that scumbags like me exist.
