Ultimate leveling guide: Don't die

/bind mouse0 cheer
Use this command and you will be able spam arrows much faster (arrows would have only minimal velocity).
Create ladder above bonmass, prepare multiple bows and arrows. Start spamming left clicks.
The dmg is too low to kill bonemass, but skill is raising.
Use
/unbind mouse0
to cancel this mode and fight normally

If you want a quicker way to level blood magic, you can use the grouping of body piles and skeleton spawners in swamp (make sure to bury the spawners with raised ground). Summon as many skeleotons as you can and just reapply the bubble every time it breaks. This is the fastest way to level blood magic that I found but you cannot do it afk.

Mistlands and the Ashlands have effectively reduced my skills back to apprentice levels. No other biomes can swarm you as hard as these two biomes.

Best Way to Level Blocking:
Step1. Build a small dirt-walled room near a skele/draugr spawn (raise ground with a hoe, or dig a big hole)
Step2. Harpoon skeleton/draugr archers into the room, capture as many as you want
Step3. Hold up a serphant tower shield and get in sight of the mobs, enjoy the insane xp gain

Lazy version:
Summon a few elders and stay in distance. Block the root attacks with a tower shield

To level weapon in solo, you can start a lox farm and massage them with PVP on. Just don't let ASPCA find out.

Mining: Hitting stone structures with a pickaxe also raises your pickaxe skill. So you could place a stone floor inside your house and start wacking it, ther repair once low hp.

Blocking: find a skeleton spawner in a swamp close to the edge of the biome (preferably nexr to meadows). A bit further away from spawner, raise ground wall or dig a hole of like, 10x6m. Cover hole with stone floors and leave 1 gap in the middle. I side hole, make uncrossable ledge from stone stairs. Start killing skeletons until you get archers, then pull them over and into the hole with the harpoon. If it's far enough from the spawner, more will spawn. Rinse and repeat until you have enough skele archers. (I went with 50).

For leveling block make a 2 story stone structure a little ways away from a skeleton spawner. On the bottom floor make a slot where archers can shoot out at you but they can't walk out, on the top floor make a hole in the floor so you can drop archers in. Now lure skeleton archers from the spawner into your building, push them in the hole on the floor until you have like 10-15, as long as your building is far enough away the spawner will keep spawning more skeletons, just kill the melee ones. When you walk in front of the slot on the bottom floor holding a shield and all the skeletons start shooting you get mad blocking exp.

Good informative video. Just 2 cents to add:
If I remember right, you don't need any enemy to improve stealth, just walk in that mode whenever you can and not in hurry. I usually do that when taming (not to be completely afk, which is dangerous).
Classic enclosed greydwarf farm is still the best option to lvl up blood magic (and get free wood, stones and chicken food). Not to mention that it is always fun project to build.

You can use the butcher knife to insta-kill the summoned melee skeletons that you don't want without needing to enable pvp

Also, everytime an skeleton raid triggers on my base i let them atack me continously while blocking. For the time the event finishes 1 level use to be raised and then I smash them all

i have a great semi-afk strategy for blood magic lvling. You just have to stay in the fire in swamps and it damages your shield from the staff of protection (dont build over the fire or you will catch on fire and die) and also i like to use drauger villages for lvling melee wepons because with full flamemetal gear and ashen cape they dont do much dmg and have more hp then greydwarfs

Fun fact. To kill your skellies till you get archers with the blood magic trainer. You do not have to turn on PVP. A butcher's knife works on them the same as any tames animal. Just use a Butcher knife until you get the archers, much faster than pvp method.

If you are playing with a friend you can enable pvp while your friend has it disabled. Then you can hit them for xp while they will remain unharmed.

Its a great way to level up your attack skills when your friend is afk
