In my case, i did use to take a lot of time to reply but not for the sake of game playing, i was just being too nervous about what to reply (so it didnt feel natural at all for me) which did affect the overall progress of us dating...

People who play games typically beget more games. I think majority of women aren't dumb enough to think doing this kind of stuff is actually High Value but problem is when you are dealing with men who don't want anything serious then it inevitably becomes a tennis match based on mutual games. The real problem is these girls want to play along instead of putting the ball down and opting out like they should.

Also, I think many dating coaches are selling us fantasy nonsense. Even if you have a good life it's only natural to be excited when the man you are interested in is texting you. Hell, I was having the time of my life in Paris and STILL texted the guy back home within 30 minutes. I am happy to communicate with someone I like. This nonsense about "It's natural to take hours to respond if you actually have a life" yada yada. The only people who I text back hours later are folks who I am not particularly interested in having a conversation with no matter what I am doing. Sorry that's just how I feel.

I am a guy and stopped dating after I found out that the woman that has a lot of high value and which I had an instant connection with liked to go out every now and then to get drunk.

I decided, with pain in my heart, to cutt it off right there as there is a likelihood that that woman will cheat on me sooner or later.
