I am a man, but actually I find this video way more helpful and useful than many ''high-value man'' videos I've seen on youtube. Some of them are just focused on how to make money and get to work instead of processing your feelings, healing your traumas etc.
I just want to heal, accept myself and build a solid foundation for self-esteem and self-development.
I also want to share an important fact: I know from personal experience that men can fall into abusive relationships with narcissistic/abusive individuals as easily as women. Everyone struggles with self-esteem and everyone needs to heal, men should embrace femininity too.
