I actually learned to fake it till you make it, awhile ago I was applying to jobs, all of them were well paying management jobs. Had no previous experience with management, just say the right things and you will get paid

- Exercise and diet are basics you don't need to be high value for that.
- grooming sounds gay
- skincare sounds gay and very feminine
- Style used to care about it when I was broke and when I had a JOB, now I'm far from broke and I do my best to look broke as much as I can. (as people tend to leave me alone and it shows how they treat me)
- ambitions are kinda essential to life, just don't make it a goal to not work and be rich, I retired at age 27 but got bored and started again at 29.
- personality is irrelevant, most people think I'm an A-hole, mute or weird. (and I like it that way, people tend to leave me alone, people that need me usually are afraid of me at the very least they respect me)
- utility, well self reliance is very important for a man, in the wild, if you can't take care of yourself how are you gonna take care of others.

I consider myself a high value man because
- acquired financial independence
- got a house woman (not wife because that's dumb), she cooks, cleans, laundry etc
- I have a kid
- don't care about other people's opinion
- I can survive on my own for an extended time with minimal tools.
- I run two companies both started from zero and already sold one. (if you're thinking about doing something just do it, plan a bit, if you fail to plan you plan to fail, no plan is hold up in battle, so don't let the dream of a perfect plan stand in the way of a good plan being executed, things will go wrong adapt and learn with and from it.)

There is only one metric that distinguishes a regular man from a high value man and that's to be a father, and for fill that duty as if your life depended on it.
Be present, give a good example teach him your mistakes, let him make his own mistakes, when he falls don't help him get up, tell him to get up and let it not happen again. A girl is simpler, treat her mother like you want her to be treated. Keep your women in check, she'll follow her lead. If you can't manage a woman don't bother getting one.
