आज क्यूँ नहीं हर कोई copetetion निकाल लेता है upsc में मेहनत के बावजूद क्यूँ fail हैं ? क्योंकि कौशल की कमी है जिसने बचपन से कौशल वाली शिक्षा प्राप्त की आज वो upsc / other competition निकाल रहे हैं ....💯

और parents हमें उनसे compare करते रहते हैं लेकिन हक़ीक़त से बहुत दूर है ।

One of the biggest problem is not having quality teachers in schools. Most of the schools, even affiliated schools, don't offer a good sallary to their teachers. As a result anyone who has even not knowledge of the subject joins the school. Their quality of teaching are not good. Many of the students use YouTube for their education. If, there is a good luck, and students got a good teacher in their school. Soon the good teacher would definitely left the school.... That's the bitter truth that I have personally experienced
