Private company white colour jobs have many exploitation of front line workers like these. Low payment, stressful work and bossy work culture. Corporate sector forgets that rhey are hiring now 4th generation youngesters after independence. They need respectful work culture and sufficient wages.
This girl deserves appreciation for speaking up. There are many who suffer for years. Government should amend labour laws it will help millions in middle class.

I guess most Ed Tech companies are in the same boat. Even I used to work for an Ed Tech company based out of Bangalore for the past 1.2 years. Initial days were absolutely wonderful but then they started showing their true colours. The level of toxicity they were spreading within the company was so high and due to my situation I had to stay there at least for a year. The final 7-8 months were absolute torture from the higher authorities where they even commanded to work without any week off till we achieve the target. And the week off was just one Sunday. For achieving the targets, we had to torture the candidates as well by calling them again and again. And that day I made a strict decision that, even if I had to beg on the streets I wouldn't mind, but I'm not gonna work in any Ed tech companies. Because for all the torture we're doing to the candidates, Karma will hit me back. I dont want anymore.
