I remember in TCS pharmacovigilance sector (2009-2010) one of our leader suddenly started shouting at me without any issues becoz he thought during meeting i must be thinking something else(is this a reason..so weird..the way he was reacting..i felt..whole tcs is kind of inhuman company dont know eho is this ratan tata protected all these beasts..) I dont know what was happening.. Also they hv showed some mistake which wasn't a mistake in my work it was very correct but made me to write a apology letter. TCS is most fishy place.. They dont hv morals and leaders are sadakchhap chapris who destroys their associates life just becoz they feel insecurity.... I still remember that stupid leader. I remember he was actually promoted very well. Now he is running a shoe shop just within 6-7years in employment. Now after bioclinica thrown him out 😅😅

Personally I'm self employed and never worked in corporate.

Regarding the HDFC case, I hope coming forward managers are more cautious and afraid of behaving like this given the possibility that they might end up on youtube lol. HR can't fix this culture, social media backlash fear might.

I'm just happy imagining that the life of that particular VP must have become hell after this leak. That's good. He deserves it.

My parents always tell me that please leave India go to Dubai i always shout at them i want to work in India but now this video cleared me everything my parents are telling that if you work in India you won't be able to earn more money also how much ever you have degrees they don't care they will treat you like donkeys throughout your life and one day you will regret everything

What you are saying, is undoubtedly 100 percent right...i have already faced it a lot.. that's cause suffering mental illness or ocd....what i have seen during job in noida, selling health insurance portability service, only for 2 months, was very stressful and dreadful just for two pennies so that you only can survive... it's very painful for every Indian employee... especially i have seen girls are facing a lot problems too, physically, mentally and soully....she never can deny willingly... when so called senior, TL, RM says to go along with me for physical relationship 24*7 hours...she has to be ready for that....after observing all this i have quit .... waiting for world devastation by God or any almighty.... since all the employees suffering from mental disorders....
