🌱Meditation by itself.

I always do breathwork before meditation. I actually don’t think you can gain distance from your thoughts and properly meditate without doing breathwork first.

🧘🏻‍♀️Super loooong yoga practices.

I love 90 minute classes, but they’re not practical in this season of my life. Instead of beating myself up for not being consistent with my practice, I do a shorter personalized routine that works for me (with maybe something longer on Sundays).

🎁Rewarding myself AFTER I put in the work

I put pleasure first now. I stopped holding out on pleasurable things as a reward for myself after getting work done, and instead, I do them first so I feel in my radiance and at my best for my work.

Classes for yoga are sooo looong. 90 mins! After 45 mins I'm bored which is why I do yoga with Adrienne on you tube and I have recently found your channel which I also love and feel a benefit from. ❤
